1.How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 5-10 days to receive your order.  Some items are shipped earlier.but  Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.

2.Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we currently accept Western Union,Paypal,Visa and Credit Card Payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with your credit card.

3.Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

4.What if I don't have a Pay Pal account?


You don't need a Pay Pal account. You can still pay securely with Western Union,Visa and Credit Card Payments.

5.Do I send the payment in first or pay with COD?


We do not accept CODs your order will not be processed until we receive your payment.

6.What does USD stand for?

USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.

7. What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?


PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyones money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don not usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven not received your item within 5-10 business days please make sure your e-mail to our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.

8. Are your bags original?

Pls notice these handbags are OEM products , not original. But they are in good quality, all bags are made in China, Malaysia and Viet Nam, the material is PU leather,patent leather ,canvas, polyester... not sheep skin or cow leather ,so  that is why they are cheap. 
If you don't mind of this, you can place your order, wealways check the quality before ship ,and choose  the best one to you.

9..How do I return an item?


To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.

Please note,All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee , unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order. And If the item(s) is faulty or not as per your order,pls provide photo about it !

10.I made a mistake on my order, how do I change it?

11.What if my bags is out of stock ?


If your bags are out of stock we will email you to pick one of bag on our store. pls check your email in time.
